The EMCC’s definition of supervision is: A safe space for reflective dialogue with a practicing supervisor, supporting the supervisee’s practice, development and well-being.
TCD now runs bi-monthly group taster supervision sessions, each session is facilitated by a different TCD supervisor.
Sessions are online, with 4 supervisees for 90 minutes.
These sessions are free for TCD members, including Community Coach members. For non-members the cost is £75 + VAT per person.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and restricted to one attendance per six months.

Clare is a Director of inspired2learn and leads the team. She is an experienced trainer, facilitator, executive coach and supervisor and was awarded the Global Coach of the Year 2023 by the EMCC. She has published three coaching books and speaks at a range of events in the UK and beyond. Her current work includes the design and delivery of ILM Coaching and Supervision Qualifications at levels 3, 5 and 7, plus private practice offering executive coaching and supervision to a range of clients.
