Seren Trewavas is looking to convene a pilot group for this programme which has been developed in conjunction with the EMCC in order to meet the criteria for foundation level EMCC accreditation.
There are just 3 places left. Dates are still to be confirmed but Seren would like to launch before the Summer.
Once the pilot is complete and the programme assessed, all alumni will attain the EMCC accredited coach status providing all the criteria for assessment are met by the EMCC.

The total time commitment for the programme is estimated at 46 hours, including the 12 practice sessions with preparation and reflections, which take place alongside the programme.

Seren Trewavas is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) and an accredited supervisor with the EMCC (ESIA). She has previously successfully developed and delivered coaching accreditation programmes within organisations such as Anglian Water Services and Johnson Matthey plc. She is also responsible for assessing Directors and Partners in EY for coaching accreditation. Seren has over 1500 hours of coaching experience gained within the private sector and Government. She draws from a diverse range of approaches such as sports psychology, NLP, CBT, ACT and Solution Focused. She also currently runs coaching supervision groups for the EMCC. Seren is passionate about coaching as the best learning technology we have available today and believes a coaching approach will always be important wherever there is a desire to grow hearts, minds and independent agency.
