Using embodied constellations the group will meet to explore hidden system dynamics and relationship stuckness in our work.
We all come from, and operate within, complex overlapping relationship systems. Sometimes, hidden dynamics can exist in these systems which hide the truth of what is. Building a human relationship map, we are able to see and speak the truth of those system dynamics.
There is no need to have experienced this before; if you are a coach or supervisor, join us to explore your client work and your practice in a different way.
It can be an enlightening and humbling experience. You may be invited to respectfully represent someone or something in another coach’s map.
Supervisor
Steve, your supervisor, has been coaching in the corporate environment for twenty years and supervising other coaches for thirteen years, both 1-2-1 and also in groups. He is an NLP master practitioner, a Systemic Constellations practitioner and a Coaching Signatures supervisor, often working somatically with supervisees to explore the systems the client and coach operate in.
