"I am known as a commercial coach who helps client’s transition towards their personal goals and the objectives of the organisation. My coaching model is client centric and I bring a wealth of learning and development tools and creative techniques to my coaching sessions to support the client and to enable them to take their learning back into the working world."

Kate has been coaching since 2010 and is passionate about helping people with their purpose and finding a way to connect their ‘wholeselves’ to their authentic leadership positions and future career paths. Her last leadership role at Unilever plc was in commercial capability where she led initiatives across the UK’s Sales and Marketing function including coaching a Purpose in Leadership programme.

A Professional Certified Coach with diploma’s in Executive Coaching and Supervision and a degree in Retail Management and Food Science. Kate’s background in Retailing, Customer, Project and Learning roles, benefits leaders looking to create a change in their working lives and supports the leader to approach current challenges with fresh thinking.

Kate is also a Coach Supervisor, Coach Mentor and regularly deliver's the Academy of Executive Coaching's Practitioner Diploma in organisations to create internal coaching pools for clients such as Natwest, HSBC and Denton's Law.

Kate has recently completed a qualification in Systemic Team Coaching and has a strong network of co-coaches who she can partner with to deliver team coaching briefs often requested having coached a team leader.

Financial Services, Technology, Petrochemicals. Law, Hospitality, HR and Mining. More recently I have been coaching CEO's on a high-profile leadership programme and supporting a Software Business Integrity team through a 6 month systemic team coaching project."

Kate was my ICF Coach mentor as I went through the coaching accreditation process in both individual and group settings.
