The survey, created by Nicki Holmes and Helen Hughes, confirms that whilst coaching and mentoring is established in many organisations there is still a long way to go. It highlights that learning in the set-up such as relationships, delivery, duration, frequency and the need for demonstrating return on investment for both the individual and the organisation, are fundamentally important to its success.
