Hosted by APECS.
In a world that rewards constant movement and noise, finding stillness can feel like a radical act. This 90-minute online session offers a space for coaches and reflective practitioners to slow down and listen – both to themselves and to each other.
Together, we’ll explore a mindful writing practice to deepen presence and awareness, helping us reconnect with our inner voice and cultivate a grounded space.
✨ Guided reflection to quiet the mind and arrive in the moment.
✨ A writing prompt designed to unlock clarity and creative expression.
✨ Gentle sharing and dialogue that invites connection and compassion.
You don’t need to be a writer – only curious about what your words might reveal when given time and space to breathe.
Julie Drybrough is a coach, consultant and founder of Write Nights – an online community dedicated to reflection, creativity and the power of words to transform how we see ourselves and the world around us. From online morning meditations, to writing cohorts over 5 weeks, to in-person events and retreats, Write Nights is all about freedom of expression and the delight of the landscapes we explore when we put brain-to-page.
Open to: APECS coaches and reflective professionals seeking calm, creativity, and connection. Anyone going through or thinking of going through the APECS Accreditation process, will hopefully find this session of great benefit.
