TCD Member Only Webinar
As Leadership and Executive Coaches, we frequently support clients navigating change and uncertainty, often accompanied by resistance, anger, despair, or a deep sense of unfairness.
Through skilful questioning, we help clients make sense of their experiences and begin to move forward. At times, introducing a relevant transition model, tool, or technique can bring valuable insight and structure to the coaching conversation.
While co-authoring Coaching People Through Organizational Change, Sue explored a wide range of change and transition models. One that stood out was The Change Cycle by Graham Lee. Sue found it to be both practical and insightful—offering a more nuanced alternative to the well-known Kübler-Ross model.
In this one-hour TCD members’ session, Sue will introduce Graham Lee’s Change Cycle and share how she has found it helpful when working with clients in the midst of change and uncertainty. Sue will also open the conversation to explore what change models, tools, or techniques you’ve found valuable, or not, in your own coaching practice.
Together, we’ll reflect on how these frameworks can either support or constrain our work as professional coaches.
Sue is a highly experienced Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and Accredited Coach Supervisor, and co-author of Coaching People Through Organizational Change
