An intensive programme for trainers, facilitators, team and group coaches
Starting November 27th 2023 09:30 GMT with Lynne Cooper
By popular demand this is a specialised, intensive Five-Minute Coach training for anyone facilitating group experiences – training, coaching, facilitating meetings etc. – delivered by our own team that do just that.
Trainers strive to increase engagement, motivation and commitment; to embed learning and make an impact. Facilitators and team coaches sometimes struggle to generate room-wide engagement, to enable stronger communication, better listening, collaboration and team work. Whatever the context, when holding and leading a group process it’s challenging to support the emergence of sustainable change –often a herculean task.
Given the pressure for shorter and shorter interventions, even the most experienced trainers, facilitators and coaches need the supercharge to their approach that the Five-Minute Coach offers. On this programme you’ll discover how to:
We know because we have achieved all of that – and more – using the Five-Minute Coach approach in our own work.
But that’s not all. You’ll take away a coaching framework and approach for one-to-one work, techniques you can teach to participants to add even further value to your delivery, and a plethora of ideas to apply what you learn.
And all of this in just four online sessions plus some self-organised practice!
