Lynne is an experienced, accredited Coach with 20 years’ coaching experience with individuals and teams, working to improve effectiveness, lead through complexity and achieve results. She specialises in coaching for interpersonal success and greater influence.

Coaching supervisor
A coaching supervisor for eight years, Lynne works with coaches both one-to-one and in groups to ensure the quality of coach practice, competence, and maintenance of standards; the development of the coach’s insights, skills and knowledge; the identification of psychological phenomena and their impact; support for the coach striving to work at their best.

Accredited Master Executive Coach
Lynne is an Association for Coaching (AC) Accredited Master Executive Coach and an accredited Coaching Supervisor (Coaching Supervision Academy). She is a business graduate, holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision, is an NLP Master Practitioner, a Certified Clean Facilitator and a Language and Behaviour Profile Practitioner. Lynne was made Honorary Life Fellow of the AC in 2013 for her contribution to the coaching profession. She has been heavily involved in the AC’s Coach, Coaching Supervisor and Coach Training accreditation since 2012 and spent over three years on its UK Board as Head of Standards & Accreditation and later as Vice Chair.

Clean coaching approach
A pioneer in the use of Clean Language in organisations, Lynne uses this methodology as the basis of her non-directive coaching approach, as well as in team coaching, vision development and mediation to facilitate dialogue and overcome challenges in communication. She trains pragmatic Clean skills into organisations and is the co-developer of The Five-Minute Coach, an easy to learn, powerful Clean coaching approach for managers and coaches.

Accredited coach training programme
A tutor on two AC Accredited Coach Training programmes, Lynne is also an assessor of professional coaches, coaching supervisors and coach trainings. She is a member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors.

Lynne brings a strong relational presence and an approach to coaching and coaching supervision that integrates an extensive range of tools and psychological models. She helps people to explore their motivations, strengths, values and patterns of thinking and to uncover the blocks to them achieving their goals. She brings humour, empathy, support and where appropriate, challenge into the relationship.

Based in London, Lynne works with clients around the world. She is in regular supervision for her coaching and coaching supervision practice to ensure she is always doing the best for her clients.

Lynne is the co-author of The Five-Minute Coach: Improve Performance Rapidly (Crown House, 2012) and the author of Business NLP for Dummies (Wiley, 2008). She is a regular conference speaker.

Lynne started working with us 15 years ago when our business was a start up. She has been with me and my team every step of the way as we grew, sold and exited. Lynne coached me through a recent challenging period. I had a number of major marketing projects to deliver within an organisation that was going through a significant period of transformation. I had my first series of sessions with Lynne about three years ago. She made a massive impact in my overall effectiveness and got me fulfilling my executive role and focusing on the areas which would make a real difference to our business.
