I have been coached by Lynne for the past 18 months and found her to be extremely helpful and insightful into the challenges I faced at work. She has an extremely consultative approach, allowing a mix of personal discovery and prompted input to help address a host of issues in the workplace. I found working with Lynne very easy, rewarding and constructive to the challenges I was facing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal coach.
Lynne started working with us 15 years ago when our business was a start up. She has been with me and my team every step of the way as we grew, sold and exited. She has provided executive coaching for the senior team, helping us to identify our goals and our individual capabilities to achieve those goals. She has also run training sessions for all our staff over the years. Their feedback has always been that Lynne's sessions have empowered them individually and helped them to work more effectively together and with clients. Lynne has my highest recommendation. CD, former Managing Partner, Global Consultancy
Lynne coached me through a recent challenging period. I had a number of major marketing projects to deliver within an organisation that was going through a significant period of transformation. As well as a large volume of work to deliver, there were some difficult stakeholders to engage to keep everything on track. Lynne was a huge support to me, and really helped me to develop my communications style and build influence across the organisation. Through our sessions she also crucially helped me maintain a sense of clarity and perspective away from the frenetic office environment. I have drawn on these tools and insights on numerous occasions since then, and would have no hesitation in recommending Lynne for anyone looking for a coach to help them achieve results and personal growth. I had my first series of sessions with Lynne about three years ago. She made a massive impact in my overall effectiveness and got me fulfilling my executive role and focusing on the areas which would make a real difference to our business.
I decided to meet with her again and started in the summer of 2017 and will meet throughout 2018. She is helping me further on how I work more effectively as part of an increased board.
I would highly recommend Lynne as a coach, support, mentor as she is very high quality and helps you get improved results.
