In this session, Amie will explore why coaching is no longer just about developing individuals, but about enabling entire teams to think, connect and perform differently. Drawing on over a decade of experience in executive, team and organisational coaching, Amie will explore what it really takes to shift team dynamics, strengthen collective capability, and embed long-term behavioural change across a team and organisation.

Participants will gain an insight into the foundations of systemic team coaching, including:

  • Transitioning from 1-1 to team coaching
  • Assessing team readiness for team coaching
  • The importance of psychological safety for effective team coaching
  • Working with the “team in the room” and the wider organisational system
  • Using reflective dialogue and real-time feedback and observation to raise awareness
  • Moving teams from siloed activity to shared ownership, alignment and high value creation

There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the session to work with peers and discuss your own experiences of team coaching, and how you plan to use it in your practice or organisation.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • A clear understanding of what systemic team coaching is and isn’t and how it differs from facilitation or 1:1 coaching.
  • The transition from 1-1 to team coach.
  • A framework for effective team coaching, the basic steps to follow to set yourself and the team up for success.
  • Tools and approaches for assessing team effectiveness.
  • Tools and techniques to work effectively with the team and external system.
  • An insight into how team coaching creates measurable shifts in culture, collaboration and leadership performance.
