About me
Leadership Coach - Oxford
Leadership can be immensely rewarding. It can also be relentless. In a world of constant change, you are expected to lead through uncertainty, balance competing demands, deliver more with increasingly stretched resources, and support your team to perform at their best. It can leave even the most capable leaders feeling as though they have to carry everything on their own.
It doesn't have to feel that way.
I work with leaders to help them rediscover their confidence, quieten their inner critic, navigate difficult stakeholders, lead through periods of significant change, and build a more sustainable way of leading and living.
I know that world because I've lived it myself.
My career has taken me from global organisations including Accenture, Google and Mastercard to leading the World Wellbeing Movement as its inaugural Managing Director. As Vice President and Lead of Mastercard's European Technology Hub, I led the growth of the Dublin operation from 450 to more than 1,000 employees while improving employee engagement year on year, including throughout the pandemic. As Managing Director of the World Wellbeing Movement, I built the organisation from pre-launch into an internationally recognised charity, securing significant funding and establishing it as a respected global voice on workplace wellbeing and public policy.
Alongside my leadership experience, I hold an Executive Master's in Psychological and Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics (LSE), where I graduated first in my year and received awards for both Best Overall Performance and Best Dissertation. I am also an EMCC Accredited Executive Coach and hold a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), and I am currently completing training in both Emotions Coaching and Neurodivergent Inclusive Coaching from In Good Company (IGC).
As lead co-author of the internationally recognised Work Wellbeing Playbook and host of the Working on Wellbeing podcast, I have also had the privilege of learning directly from many of the world's leading experts in leadership, workplace wellbeing and human performance, bringing those insights into every coaching conversation.
Whether you're stepping into a bigger role, navigating change, facing difficult decisions or simply wanting to lead with greater confidence and less self-doubt, I help leaders enjoy leading again.
