I am an experienced executive and leadership coach with over 20 years’ experience coaching senior leaders.
Leaders come to me when they want to:

I work intuitively and quickly to identify the underlying issues leaders are facing, creating an open, honest and confidential coaching space.
My coaching is always supportive and appropriately challenging, with a strong focus on helping clients make sense of complexity, overcome internal and external barriers, and move towards clear, pragmatic outcomes.
Coaching Supervision
My supervision offers a confidential, reflective and psychologically safe space for coaches to explore their practice, relationships and ethical dilemmas. Clear contracting is a central part of my approach.

• Supporting work with complex and sensitive client issues

Coaching with Sue has enabled me to enhance my current skill sets and develop new ones to improve my ability as an Executive Head.
