My career spans HR, Talent Management, Leadership and Organisational Development roles across industries, including pharmaceutical, technology, professional services and creative/media. I have built my expertise in environments undergoing significant change – from restructures and transformations to acquisitions and integration – and bring this depth of experience to my work as an independent coach and organisational development consultant, supporting individuals, leaders and teams through demanding, complex organisational realities in fast-moving, high-pressure corporate environments.

Having navigated burnout myself, I combine my commercial insight and understanding of organisational dynamics with a passion for human development and psychology. With an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, I bring scientific rigour and lived experience to empower people to flourish through sustainable work practices that drive performance, engagement and wellbeing.

Drawing on my experience working with global organisations and international teams, and as a French native with a multi-cultural background now settled in the UK, I am committed to cultural awareness and inclusive practices. I coach in English and/or French.

My approach:
I create a safe, confidential space where individuals can pause, reflect, explore different perspectives and identify solutions. My coaching focuses on generating meaningful insight that leads to intentional action and sustainable change. Through a reflective dialogue, clients organise their thinking, increase self-awareness and access their resourcefulness, often uncovering new possibilities for action and impact.

I work holistically, considering the wider system in which clients operate. I help clients understand the dynamics shaping their experience and strengthen their capacity to act with integrity to establish sustainable ways of working and enable them to thrive. My approach is integrative, tailored to the evolving needs of each person.

Grounded in evidence-informed methodologies, I draw on Positive Psychology, Narrative Coaching, Acceptance & Commitment, Cognitive Behavioural and Systemic approaches and facilitate learning using a range of tools and interventions. I am a Master RQi Resilience practitioner (Resilience Questionnaire inventory to measure, understand and strengthen resilience and wellbeing, for high performance under pressure) and an accredited Motivational Maps, Insights Discovery and MBTI user.

Veronica coached me during a period where I was navigating a number of professional and personal pressures. Our coaching sessions provided a safe space for me to reflect and think through challenges and decisions. Across our sessions, Veronica helped me find clarity, stability and a sense of calm. I have a demanding role, in an organisation that was going through significant change at the time and where I was dealing with a lot of ambiguity. Our coaching focused on topics such as work-life balance, how to navigate unpredictability, exploring career options and getting comfortable with career decisions, handling multiple priorities.
