After 20 years working in a range of organisations, (Lloyd's Banking Group, VW, Bentley Motors, Astra Zeneca, Capita Consulting. Co-Op FS) leading people change, I set up my own consultancy ‘Up2eleven’ to help people and organisations realise their full potential.

Up2eleven offers a range of services including Coaching, leadership development and talent consultancy services.

As a coach, I use my own leadership experience, along with psychology and people development expertise, to work alongside clients. I have a highly supportive and empathic style which helps people to openly connect with me to work on challenges in a safe environment. I also challenge thinking and approach to help people move forward and achieve their goals .
