I worked with Kim when I returned to work from Maternity Leave as part of a cultural leadership change programme my employer were undertaking. I found working with Kim has fundamentally changed the way I approach work for the better. I found Kim to be a great coach, but she is also good at giving a very good objective opinion to help give a different perspective. I would definitely recommend Kim and work with her again in the future which I find is a great testament to someone's abilities.

Kim and I worked together as I wasn't very confident when presenting. She'd made a really clear action plan on how we would work on it. By working through the plan together with exercises, feedback, and analyses it has really helped me. I now feel much more confident and capable going into presentations (and life in general) thanks to her support. She'll make you feel at ease and, unlike some career coaches, not just work on what you can improve, but also highlight and elevate things that you're good at.
