My Experience
My background sits in senior leadership roles within financial services, where I worked closely with leaders navigating complex regulatory, conduct, and commercial challenges. I have held responsibility for advisory work in environments shaped by scrutiny, competing priorities, and organisational change. Alongside this, I supported large-scale transformation activity, including embedding leadership development initiatives and providing one-to-one coaching to senior executives. Clients report increased clarity and energy, improved strategic thinking, greater confidence, and successful career shifts.

My approach is empathetic and perceptive, with close attention paid to what’s being said and what sits beneath it. The experience of working together is constructive and uplifting, allowing space for clear thinking alongside thoughtful challenge.
My coaching is shaped by the belief that we operate best when we understand ourselves and how we relate to others. I support clients to build that awareness so they can respond more effectively in the present and carry that understanding forward.
