Leadership Coaching Amersham & London
Annabel is an experienced executive and leadership coach and facilitator based in Amersham and London.
Annabel runs her own coaching and training business working with senior, director and board level clients from a variety of businesses including broadcasting, FMCG, energy, petrochemical, oil, pharmaceutical, financial services, charities and local and national government.
Clients include Nestlé, Rio Tinto, DECHRA, BBC, NHS, Wandsworth Borough Council, the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, Article 19, X-CAM and London Business School.
Annabel has a particular interest in working across cultures and has considerable experience coaching and speaking in the Middle East with a diverse client base from the GCC and wider region in the private and government sector. She has a MA in Middle Eastern Studies and her book, "Shujaa'ah: Bold Leadership for Women of the Middle East" was a finalist in the Business Book Awards 2021. Earlier in her career, Annabel spent more than 25 years as a journalist and broadcaster in the UK, including the BBC.
Leadership programmes
As well as delivering leadership programmes and individual coaching for leadership on areas such as diversity, leading in disruptive times and managing ambiguous and changing environments, she coaches clients on presentation skills, building confidence in public speaking and interviewing techniques and runs coaching skills and unconscious bias training workshops.
As a member of the London Business School’s Executive Coach team, Annabel works as a coach and lead coach on many of the School's global executive leadership programmes
She believes that good leaders inspire and enable their teams to flourish and uses a variety of coaching approaches to give clients thinking space to reflect, feel listened to, be challenged to learn and stretch themselves and move forward.
Annabel’s philosophy is that learning should be fun and enjoyable and will use creativity and humour to support her clients with their leadership development. She also undertakes pro bono coaching and mentoring with young entrepreneurs.
MA in Coaching and Mentoring
As well as a BSc in Sociology, Annabel has a MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, a Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership and a range of psychometric, training and coaching skills accreditations, and is an Association for Coaching Accredited Executive Coach.
She has qualified as an Organisational Systems and Relationship Facilitator and is a Time to Think Accredited Facilitator based on Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment system. Annabel is also an Accredited Workplace Mediator, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Professional Speaking Association.
