Julia Phippard

I had the pleasure of having Julia as a coach for a year. We were partnered together as I was lacking a bit of direction in my career goals, and didn't feel I had the support or accountability in order to help me move forward. We worked together on identifying key areas for my development such as building my confidence but also defining what I wanted to achieve in terms of my operational career direction. Julia gave me some great guidance and techniques which helped me think more broadly, both in terms of options available to me, but also what I can bring to the table both internally and externally. I was able to put these techniques into practice and use them to create a better direction for myself, whilst remaining accountable. Julia helped guide me out of my comfort zone, explore more networking opportunities but above all, was a fantastic listening ear. Julia is clearly very knowledge from her experience, and applied a very empathetic yet methodical approach to our coaching sessions. I gained a lot from our sessions, in particular, confidence in my own ability in order to help me continue to grow in my own career path.
