I founded Go-Forward because I believe that meaningful leadership starts with knowing and using your innate talents. My coaching approach is both practical and strategic, connecting mindset, personal effectiveness, and direction. That means we’ll work together to unlock your potential and build the capability you need to lead with intent and authenticity.

With qualifications that include ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Gallup Global Strengths Coach certification, and EMCC Master Practitioner status, I bring both expertise and real-world experience. My background covers education, SMEs, and non-profits, giving me valuable insight into the real pressures and opportunities leaders face today.

We’ll use the Gallup CliftonStrengths framework to focus on what’s strong (not just what’s wrong), helping you identify and leverage your natural talents for long-lasting personal and professional growth.
