My approach

Working through my company Ruuvand, I receive clients from a belief in infinite possibility, the client's and mine. I employ personality assessments, curiosity and listening as core tools to raise self-awareness, shift mindsets, unlock insights, solutions and challenges. This is because "Who you are being" is often the key to success. I form a true partnership where the client has the larger stake and yet, my full commitment their success. I build rapport quickly and remain light but challenging in conversations. Strategic thinking with clear purpose, comes naturally to me and has been especially useful in being a sounding-board for clients and in my voluntary non-executive director roles in the past 21 years.

How would we meet?

I meet online, face-to-face or over the phone, walking/sitting. 1-3 times a month, to maintain momentum towards the future you really want. In-between meetings, I am available for short email check-ins and consultations.
