As a Chartered Psychologist, Executive Coach and Team Coach, I help leaders and leadership teams unlock their potential, strengthen their impact and achieve meaningful, sustainable success. My work combines evidence-based psychology with over 25 years of experience in leadership, talent management and organisational development, helping individuals, teams and organisations perform at their best in increasingly complex environments.
Having held senior leadership and talent roles within large organisations before founding Up2Eleven, I understand the realities of leading under pressure, navigating organisational politics, managing competing priorities and driving performance through others. This practical experience, combined with a strong foundation in psychology, enables me to support leaders in ways that are both insightful and highly actionable.
I work with senior leaders, executives, directors and high-potential talent who want to strengthen their confidence, influence and effectiveness. Clients often seek support when stepping into larger roles, leading significant change, managing challenging stakeholder relationships, building executive presence or navigating important career transitions. Through coaching, they develop greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience and clarity, enabling them to make better decisions, lead authentically and maximise their impact.
Alongside individual coaching, I work extensively with leadership teams to strengthen the collective behaviours that drive performance, engagement and culture. High-performing teams are not simply groups of talented individuals. They are built on trust, psychological safety, effective communication, shared accountability and the ability to have honest conversations when it matters most. Through team coaching, facilitated dialogue, team diagnostics and leadership development interventions, I help teams improve collaboration, strengthen relationships, align around shared goals and create the conditions for sustainable high performance.
My approach is grounded in coaching psychology, emotional intelligence, positive psychology and systems thinking.
