Executive Coach - Ivybridge

As well as being an Executive Coach, I am a Supervisor (of Coaches/Counsellors & dual hatted practitioners: Coaching Therapists, Coaching Psychologists) and published author.

My professional practice sits alongside 30 years leadership and management experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors; with over 20 years working as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist.

I am a Relational Executive Coach / Supervisor who works systemically with the whole of you and the world in which you exist.

I am passionate about inspiring and enabling people to be the very best they can be. In order to be able to do this successfully I believe that, alongside being committed to my own professional development, I also need to challenge and push myself. As such, in addition to my business experience, I offer insight and learning gained through physical and sporting challenge: endurance events (off road running, cycling, swimming & kayaking); from a base of competitive rowing, off-shore sailing, sub-aqua diving, windsurfing and hockey. Successfully summiting Kilimanjaro in February 2020.
