With over 30 years of leadership experience across commercial and consumer services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, charitable organisations, banking, financial services, insurance, fintech, and private wealth, I bring a global perspective shaped across the UK, EMEA, and APAC.

My work focuses on women’s leadership within complex, high-performance environments, partnering with organisations to strengthen leadership capability, build sustainable talent pipelines, and support the progression of senior women across financial services, healthcare, higher education, and legal.

My career began in operational leadership within an SME environment, leading large-scale, distributed teams across the UK with responsibility for performance, delivery, and people. This experience continues to inform my approach today, practical, commercially grounded, and accountable.
For over 20 years, I have worked independently across executive coaching, leadership development, organisational transformation, mentoring, and coaching supervision. At the heart of this work is a consistent focus: advancing women’s leadership at senior levels, where complexity, visibility, and expectation intersect.

I partner with senior women navigating influence, transition, and growth, creating space for strategic thinking, meaningful challenge, and clear, confident leadership. This work goes beyond development, supporting leaders to operate with authority without compromising who they are or how they lead.
Increasingly, my work is shaped by a broader shift in leadership thinking: how individuals perform within systems, and how those systems are shaped, sustained, and evolve.

I am particularly interested in the role women leaders play in this shift: succeeding within existing structures, and influencing the conditions, expectations, and cultures that define leadership.

Alongside strategic advisory, I offer an exclusive number of bespoke 1:1 coaching engagements each year for senior women. These provide a confidential space for deep reflection, perspective, and sustained high performance in environments that demand both results and resilience.
I also provide coaching supervision for independent coaches and internal coaching teams, supporting reflective practice, ethical thinking, and the continued development of leader-as-coach cultures.

I believe the future of leadership requires capability and conscious evolution, where performance, culture, and responsibility are shaped together to create effective and sustainable leadership.
