My background spans senior operational and people-focused roles, including Head of Culture & Leadership, Head of Learning & Development, Regional Operator, and Executive Coach. I’ve led teams, shaped cultures, and made tough decisions in real-world environments. As an independent coach and consultant, I work with organisations across industries including hospitality, logistics, security, and leadership consulting. What connects all my work is a belief that strong cultures are built through trust, clarity, and people who feel recognized and supported. When leaders grow, everything else follows.
