I have a particular interest in personal, leadership and career coaching, working with individuals on a one-to-one basis to support their development both personally and professionally.

My role is to listen and support you towards positive solutions for whatever it is you would like to achieve.
I have successfully helped my clients to get the most out of their current role, maximise opportunities within their organisations, find and obtain a new job / career change. I have coached people, leading them to an improved quality of life, a better work/life balance, improved motivation and confidence!
