I'm Gary Armstrong and I founded Pinnacle Coaching and Development to help teams, leaders and individuals make meaningful changes to deliver sustainable high performance.

I develop senior teams through facilitation and coaching, deliver leadership development programmes and provide 1:1 executive coaching.

I bring 25+ years experience as a strategic leader navigating high-stakes global operations across the life sciences, professional services and major projects sectors.

As an experienced and accredited 1:1 coach and team coach, I focus on high-impact, 'in-the-room' development. I swap abstract theory for evidence-based approaches that deliver immediate, measurable results.

My 1:1 and team clients enjoy my warm style but work hard in each session to achieve real change and make progress towards their goals.

Education & Qualifications:
• MA in Economics, University of Cambridge.
• Accredited Coach, International Coaching Federation (ICF).
• Specialist Qualifications in Adult Learning, Psychology Coaching, and Team Coaching.

Outside of work, I’m a keen runner and cyclist and I firmly believe finding joy on the road matters as much as winning the race.
