I am an experienced and qualified coaching professional who specialises in supporting young talent on their career journey. I specialise in the support services sector, rail, retail, waste management and charities.

As someone who benefitted from having a coach/mentor during a time in my life when I was searching for a direction I wish to be a guiding light in the same way.

I have extensive HR experience having worked in UK and Ireland for many years and appreciate the different cultures and work environments.

As well as being a qualified professional coach I am also able to administer and interpret SHL OPQ32 (Occupational Personality Questionnaire), which provides a starting point in the effective planning of a person’s career aspirations.

On a personal note, I am a keen fan of Crystal Palace and -with my Irish background – Tipperary hurling. I regularly take part in my local Park Run which I enjoy.
