Hosted by Association For Coaching.
Many supervisors and coaches are neurodivergent, whether formally diagnosed or self-identified, yet supervision spaces do not always create opportunities to explore what this means for how we work, how we show up, and what helps us thrive as practitioners.
In this highly interactive and reflective webinar, Charlotte Green and Dr Kate Jenkinson invite participants to explore their experiences through the lens of the Self Collection virtual coaching cards, a neuro-affirming coaching tool designed around five themes: Focus, Think, Feel, Thrive, and Communicate.
Together, participants will explore what it means to understand themselves more deeply as neurodivergent supervisors and practitioners, develop language for experiences that may previously have felt difficult to describe, and identify what they need to do their best work.
Drawing on expertise in coaching, supervision, neurodiversity, and organizational practice, Charlotte and Kate create a supportive space for reflection, self-discovery, and practical learning that can be directly applied within supervision and reflective conversations.
• How to explore neurodivergence through the five themes of Focus, Think, Feel, Thrive, and Communicate
• Language and framing for aspects of professional identity and experience that may previously have felt difficult to name or explain
• How to identify priorities around self-advocacy, disclosure, boundaries, and asking for what helps
• What a neuro-affirming reflective approach feels like in practice
• How the Self Collection framework can be adapted and cascaded into supervision conversations and work with neurodivergent coaches and supervisees
• Practical tools and reflective frameworks that can be taken directly into supervision practice
This session is designed primarily for supervisors and reflective practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of neurodivergence within supervision practice.
It will be particularly valuable for neurodivergent supervisors seeking greater self-understanding, as well as supervisors who wish to develop more neuro-affirming approaches when working with coaches and supervisees.
Coaches, leader coaches, and HR/OD professionals with an interest in reflective practice and neurodiversity are also welcome to attend.
This session offers a rare opportunity to explore neurodivergence through a supervision lens and experience a neuro-affirming reflective process from the inside out.
Participants will leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools, and approaches that can be applied immediately within supervision conversations and reflective practice.
