In this 90 minute session Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy – a triple award-winning Executive and Board Coach who has worked across sectors globally – will unpack what enables masterful coaching to be experienced by clients.
Her ‘DNA of Mastery’ session will provide top tips, unpack competencies and culminate in a demonstration to piece together the learning for application in workplace coaching and for leaders who coach.
Clare will also be provide her ImagineME Image Card deck and Creative Reflective Practice book for two lucky winners of a prize draw.
