Have you and your clients ever consistently scheduled a time to pause in your week? People rarely actively choose to slow down and too often it’s debilitating mental fatigue that forces a pause. In contrast the power released from regular pausing is energising and stimulates creativity.
In this session four minutes’ quiet will be followed by questions to think through, journal and reflect on in the chat and via polls. Case studies will be woven in to illustrate the benefits and importance of intentional and purposeful pausing. You’ll come away with a template to adapt and use with your own clients.
