In this session Breeze will share her journey in adopting systemic approaches in large organizational transformation. Using ONA (organizational network analysis) to sense and respond to emergent changes along the way.

This event will be of interest to 121 as well as team coaches working either internally or externally. The topic will be of interest to supervisors as well.

Guest Speaker
Breeze is an enterprise coach, passionate about integrating business with the art of complex systems, creating space for an authentic, mindful and purposeful way of life. She is currently serving as an enterprise agile coach in the pharmaceutical industry. Breeze has a master’s in industrial engineering and over a decade of experience in various leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies. She’s currently based in Switzerland.

Organiser
Ivan specialises in leadership coaching, team coaching and coaching supervision. He has been coaching for over 20 years and for the most part this was alongside his full time IT career of 35 years in large, well-known corporations.

Ivan’s qualifications include an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, diplomas in team coaching and coaching supervision, and an MBA. He also has qualifications in systems analysis and project management.

Ivan is the lead volunteer for the EMCC UK Team Coaching SIG and delivers CPD to EMCC UK premium organisation members.
