How can we create organisations where individuals thrive, with high performing teams that innovate and adapt in volatile and uncertain times?
Although psychological safety is often discussed, it is rarely fully understood. Rebecca will outline the benefits of a psychologically safe environment, particularly in the context of diverse and inclusive organisations. She will describe the key elements of psychological safety, including attitude to mistakes, speaking up, feedback and transparent communications. There will be a focus on tangible, real-life examples of the cultural norms, processes and systems that can either support or hinder psychological safety at work.
