There is an opportunity to join one of four Professional Reflective Practice Groups, running between February 2024 to May 2024. Each group will be run by a Coaching Supervisors Christina Wyatt, Andy Murphy, Andy Cranmer and Paul O’Brien By applying below applicants are expressing their interest in attending a Group Professional Reflective Practice Discovery series. Space is limited to 4 coach participants per supervision group.
What is Professional Reflective Practice?
Professional Reflective Practice provides an opportunity for coaches to work together with other professionals to review their cases and explore issues and challenges from a personal, professional, and systemic perspective.
The process of group reflective practice provides insight, reflection, direction, support, and the sharing of expertise. Group members learn to help one another improve the quality of their coaching, grow their coaching capacity, and support each other in their practice.
This group uses two experienced and trained supervisors to act as a guide and resource to the group. Group Reflective Practice involves a mix of peer-to-peer dialogue and coach supervisor-guided reflection. The group members provide multiple perspectives on the issues under discussion while the supervisors facilitate the process, adding direct observation and expert instruction when needed.

Applicants are committing to attending the Group Professional Reflective Practice Discovery sessions.
Applicants will be invited to a virtual 1:1 20 minute discovery meeting with the Supervisors to ensure a mutual fit and learn about your goals for the group before your place is confirmed.
