Lockdown confirmed and exacerbated an inevitable shift in the balance toward home working. Hybrid and multi-location meetings are now the norm in many locations – but we are seeing fractures in relationships, dilution of company cultures and difficulty in building and motivating new teams. This session examines what has happened and offers some key tips and practical ideas to help managers to continuously motivate and develop remote/hybrid teams.
