This will be an experiential event and you will leave with knowledge of interventions that can be used in your own practice, as well as a deeper sense of belonging.
How can coaching be used as a process to develop and grow a sense of belonging? For her doctorate in critical studies Dr Saiyyidah Zaidi explored the use of conversation as a methodology; and in her post-doctoral academic work she has advocated for the same.
As a leadership adviser in coaching and supervision practice, she uses interventions to enhance and develop belonging, understanding and wellbeing for coach and coachee, as well as individuals in the coachee’s wider context.
