Elevate Your Practice: A Timely ICF 40 CCE SUPERvisionProgramme – Manchester, UK

Monday 16 – Wednesday 18 December 2024 inclusive – 9am to 4pm

Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy is thrilled to invite you to the pioneering CoachME SUPERvision Programme offering 40 ICF CCEs that will take place in Manchester this December. This timely opportunity aligns perfectly with the recent release of ICF’s Coaching SUPERvision competencies which Founder, Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy MCC ACTC MP ESIA helped ICF create. She was invited to contribute in different ways as a subject matter expert, along with other SUPERvisors.

This programme has been delivered successfully and enhanced over 10 times globally online to date. If you are looking to deepen your practice, enhance your skills, broaden your pre post and in practice reflective approaches, and provide impactful SUPERvision for coaches, team coaches, co-coaches, facilitators, leaders, and consultants, this highly interactive programme is designed for you.

Blending theoretical approaches and models with practical integration, you’ll explore models including the 7-Eyed Model (Hawkins and Shohet), API Model (Hawkins and Smith), Action-Logic (Torbert) and Coaching Maturity Model (Clutterbuck and Megginson) alongside CoachME’s own award-winning SUPERvision Model, Thinking Time (Kline), Native Wisdom, Fairytales, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method (LSP), and psychodynamic approaches…

What can you expect?

•   Step-by-step guidance through key SUPERvision models

•   Skill drills and fishbowl observed SUPERvision sessions

•   Peer triad practice and real-client SUPERvision

•   A focus on creating psychologically safe spaces for both one-to-one and group SUPERvision

•   Experience of working with team coaches and co-team coaches on their ACTC journey.

You’ll leave with the ability to apply ICF SUPERvision Competencies, confidently run sessions, and promote your SUPERvision practice as we grow our field together.

Date: Monday 16 December – Wednesday 18 December 2024 inclusive

Time: 9am – 4pm

Cost & Resources: GBP2950 – Includes breakfast, lunch and snacks as well as numerous online resources and articles, ImagineME Cards, sample contracts and other materials, and a community of growing and accredited SUPERvisors, plus 3 group SUPERvision practices and check-in sessions online following the in-person delivery.

Our graduates share that the programme helps them review and reflect upon their work in a creative, restorative, and developmental way, that they are more confident, able to benchmark their practice and work effectively with their SUPERvisees on the business side of coaching be they internal or external coaches.

This programme is not just about learning and being ahead of the curve as a new adaptor now that the ICF SUPERvision Competency Model has been released, it’s about growing, both personally and professionally.

Spaces are limited to ensure effective feedback time, and with the demand we’ve seen globally, we encourage you to secure your place today by emailing clare@beckettmcinroy.com or arranging a chat via lea@beckett-mcinroy.com.

Progression Route:  This programme is the foundation and intermediate level of the CoachME Postgraduate Level Diploma in Systemic SUPERvision (Level 6 UK Qualification Framework). Successful completion provides the designation of CoachME Certified SUPERvisor (CMCS).

Our Professional Certificate in SUPERvision is also part of our ICF Level 3 programme for gaining the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.

Part One – provides you with EVERYTHING you need to SUPERvise Coaches as per ICF’s requirements (aside from 120 practice hours AND, we support you in this as well).

Part Two – enables you to gain the full Diploma which is a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) ESQA programme for gaining ESIA ‘Accredited SUPERvisor’ status and an Association for Coaching (AC) Coaching Supervision Training Accreditation (CSTA) for individual accreditation as a SUPERvisor or Coach SUPERvisor.

These two designations are highly respected in the field, and we hope that in time, ICF enable course accreditation and individual credentialing in SUPERvision.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss how this programme can enhance your practice, don’t hesitate to reach out to the CoachME team.

What ways will deepening your understanding of SUPERvision create a lasting impact on your client work? Their systems? The field of SUPERvison?

We look forward to partnering with you on this transformative journey.
