On Wednesday 16th October @ 12:30 – 13:30 we are joined by Coach Supervisor and co-founder of APECS Patti Stevens when she will introduce the new Coaching Postures Report powered by the trusted Coaching Signatures Profile.
Designed by Patti, she will explain how this profiling tool and report can support your coaching development, and broaden your coaching fluency by going on a learning journey of discovery around the Coaching Postures Wheel. Patti will also be conducting a short demonstration with a willing participant to show the benefits and applications of the report.
This session is ideal for HR professionals who head up the organisation’s Coaching Culture with limited support for internal coaches. With the option of becoming certified as a Coaching Postures Consultant, reflection using this profiling tool and report provides cost effective and sustainable CPD, developing your own and the coaching skills of your inhouse coaches.
