I work exclusively with successful people who are looking to unlock their next level of performance.

My coaching practice is both an art and science. Deeply committed to preserving the art of exemplary coaching, I work with a limited number of clients at any one time to provide the strongest possible focus on you and your success.

I have worked with leaders since 1997. I believe that coaching is a uniquely symbiotic relationship, requiring the client and coach to be equally invested. My mastery-level practice creates a safe space for deep development, integrates all manner of concepts and methods, is intuitive and is designed to help you navigate uncertainty.

Our work can be challenging, catalytic and cathartic. We will work hard, together, as we grapple with what needs to happen for you to be at your absolute best.

I am also an accredited supervisor: I deliver trusted, ethical supervision to help you work through complexity, create clarity & focus for your agenda, maintain the highest possible professional standards and to achieve results.

Tony is an excellent coach, by combining informality, with structure and robust challenge when needed, he developed an open space for us to explore my strengths, development areas and solve the leadership challenges I was facing. He also helped me focus on how the present issues I was grappling with related to my future career goals. I started work with Tony when stepping up into a executive director role, which unexpectedly led within 6 months into a 9 month period as interim Chief Executive of my charity. My coaching sessions with Tony were vital in enabling me to respond to significant challenges during my leadership of the charity. Having established structured objectives together, which we kept in mind throughout the year we worked together, he ensured that our sessions were flexible to respond to the fast changing situation I was dealing with as interim Chief Executive, the first time I'd led an organisation. Executive Coaching can be seen as a daunting part of personal development. Tony has a style that immediate dilutes any anxiety or concerns one may have about being open and honest or answering challenging questions. Tony helped me to recognise and celebrate my strengths, provide tools that help me address my weaknesses and ultimately prepare me for the next stage in my career progression. Tony has an incredibly pleasant manner which immediately puts one at ease and creates an environment for the conversation to flow comfortably whilst skilfully getting under the skin of any issues. It has been great working with Tony. He is open, comfortable challenging where needed and very focused on driving tangible actions/improvements. My executive coaching sessions with Tony Jackson helped me to consider clearly what my own needs were in relation to my career.
