I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has spent my career coaching leaders and developing coaches.

As an accredited and highly experienced coach, I work with leaders at all levels — from first-line managers to CEOs — across sectors including financial services, professional services, scientific research, food and beverage, and education, both in the UK and internationally.

Through this breadth of experience, I have developed deep understanding and empathy for the opportunities and challenges of leadership. I draw on multiple approaches to help clients navigate these effectively. My coaching particularly supports leaders in transition — whether stepping into a new role, adapting to organisational change such as a merger or restructure, or seeking to grow in confidence, maximise their impact, or quieten their inner ‘imposter’.

Recognised for my outcome-focused, thought-provoking and supportive style, my coaching is grounded in psychological depth and evidence-based practice. As a solution-focused coach, I help leaders move analysing problems to identify and create their own best solutions, drawing where relevant on my expertise in leadership development and change management.

Alongside my executive coaching practice, I am a developer of coaches. For over 20 years, I have been an Associate Lead Tutor on Henley Business School’s Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC), and a Coaching Supervisor for the PCEC, the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, and the Team and Systemic Coaching programmes.

I have worked with hundreds of coaches — and leaders who coach — and have seen first-hand the range of styles, methodologies, and developmental challenges they encounter. As a coach, coaching supervisor, mentor coach and coach trainer, I am passionate about supporting those who wish to continue growing as professional coaches and coaching leaders.

I also design and deliver coaching and mentoring skills workshops for managers and leaders, and partner with organisations to develop internal coaching teams and coaching cultures that enable lasting, systemic impact.
