I am an executive, leadership and professional coach dedicated to supporting professionals in their career development and in optimizing their performance.

With an extensive and successful background in senior human resources leadership roles with various multi-national organizations across various industries, coupled with my qualifications in business, coaching, change management and facilitation, I am very well positioned to support executives, leaders and professionals achieve their highest ideals, whether it be in business, life or both.

I am a dual British/South African citizen currently residing on the beautiful tropical Indian Ocean Island of Mauritius. Having spent 30 years in various senior strategic and operational HR leadership roles, I hung up my corporate robe at the end of 2021 to pursue my own dream of establishing my coaching and HR consulting company, Jackie Demetriou Coaching and Consulting.

I have been coaching executives, managers, leaders and professionals as well as private individuals over the past eight years, initially in my corporate roles as Chief Human Resources Officer for a pan African telecommunications organization and later as founder and owner of my own coaching business.

I have coached individuals in England, Ukraine, Japan, South Africa and Mauritius. I was selected as a coach for the ICF/DTEC foundations' initiative in coaching Ukrainian leaders in 2023 and am an associate coach with Modern Health. In my private practice I coach managers, individually and in groups and teams to support them in achieving their career, development and performance goals. I also provide life coaching to private individuals to support their journeys in optimizing their personal life experiences.
