I work globally as an Executive Coach with a deep passion for helping clients enhance their leadership skills, to become the kind of leaders their teams are excited to work with. I focus on raising clients' self-awareness to help them understand their impact on others, empowering them to make conscious choices in their behaviour. This approach enables them to adapt their style, becoming stronger, more motivational, and effective leaders.

I have extensive experience in the professional services industry, coaching managers through to partners, both one-to-one, and in group coaching cohorts. I am an accredited coach to PCC level with the International Coaching Federation, and have over 850 hours of coaching experience.

I've worked in Learning and Development for over 20 years and love helping others achieve their lightbulb moments. Before this, I was a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor in a client-facing role at a Big 4 professional services firm. This background helps me understand busy professionals' complexities and challenges, allowing me to dig deep during coaching conversations. I use a range of psychometric and 360-degree tools as a platform for exploration and discussion.

My coaching style focuses on building strong working relationships, taking the time to understand clients' values and motivations, and working collaboratively to establish trust by providing psychological safety. I create an environment of curiosity, discovery and reflection, whilst establishing accountability to enable professional insights that lead to clear action plans. Coaching with me helps clients tap into their strengths, make conscious choices in their behaviour, and find clarity and motivation for change.

Most of my clients come from professional services and represent various industries, including financial services, real estate, consumer business, technology, pharmaceuticals, media, and consulting. Having worked overseas in Tokyo, Sydney, and New York, I bring a global perspective to all I do, and have gained an appreciation and understanding of cultural learning preferences. I have a reputation for being fun to work with, supportive, and helping clients find practical developmental solutions to unlock their full potential.
