Executive Coach - Windsor
I am an experienced executive level advisor, with decades of experience as a management consulting partner. I am now a certified executive coach focused on working with business leaders, using my broad experience and coaching training to help them achieve their goals.
I help my clients become more effective in a way that often also improves their personal well-being. My approach to coaching is client-led, developmental and outcome focused, based on a belief that successful coaching interventions should increase self-awareness and lead to sustainable changes in behaviour.
My clients enjoy their coaching sessions with me, but they also work hard and are encouraged to hold themselves accountable for the changes they commit to.
I focus on coaching senior executives (including CEOs) and high potential future leaders in large global, medium-sized and private equity backed businesses.
While every coaching relationship is different, I’ve often helped people facing specific challenges such as:

I'm now in the portfolio stage of my career and, In addition to my coaching work, I am a senior advisor to 3 technology companies operating in different areas of Artificial Intelligence. I also do voluntary work, chairing a multi-academy trust that runs 6 local state schools.
Outside of work, my wife and I are now empty-nesters; our 3 children are all well into their 20s but we remain close. We enjoy travelling, walking our dog and watching Arsenal. I'm also an avid reader of history and fiction and a very long standing Bruce Springsteen fan.
