I first started working with Alison a few years ago when I had been promoted to a Senior Leadership role and was struggling with imposter syndrome, and a fear of presenting to large numbers. Alison was quick to understand the problem, coming up with a detailed action plan which we implemented together over the next few months.
Alison’s years of experience and accreditations in the field really shines through when you work with her. She employs a wide variety of techniques, teaching and guidance from breathing techniques and visualisation, to body language, and a whole host of psychological techniques.
Her non-judgmental, calm and encouraging approach made me realise it was ok to be out of my comfort zone. After each session, I was left feeling more confident, positive, and excited about the future.
Fast forward six months and I was not only able to present confidently, but also received extensive positive feedback from the Senior Leadership Team and the wider business, leading to be recognised formally for being an inspirational woman in leadership.
I continue to work to Alison to this day and would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with their career. She really does go above and beyond with her mentoring, teaching and guidance and working with Alison will not be a decision you regret. EMEA Finance Director.

Alison has the ability to challenge me and ask questions that are pertinent and insightful. I have always found her to be non-judgemental, supportive and honest in her feedback and I appreciate her solution-focussed approach. She has been a very significant sounding board and an integral element for my personal growth and professional development. C.D. Head Teacher
