I provide executive and leadership coaching for senior executives, CEOs and MDs. My coaching programmes are tailored to your specific business, leadership development, and career advancement needs.

Drawing from a rich and diverse business career spanning multiple senior roles including Non-Executive Director, CEO, MD, and department head, I bring a wealth of commercial experience and common sense to the table.

My career has taken me through start-ups, large corporations, venture capital and private equity-backed enterprises, privately-owned firms, employee-owned businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. I’ve also navigated the intricacies of Mergers and Acquisitions, building and realising value for stakeholders before, during, and after the sale and/or purchase process.

My approach is collaborative and informal, and I’ll do my best to ensure we have fun on our shared journey – always with the aim of tangible results.

I have coached executives with all levels of experience, from seasoned leaders to newly appointed senior executives and first-time CEOs. I’ve worked with business owners across a wide spectrum of industries, including publishing, PR, music, journalism, legal, distribution, agency, and B2B services.
