I provide executive and leadership coaching for senior executives, CEOs and MDs. My coaching programmes are tailored to your specific business, leadership development, and career advancement needs.
Drawing from a rich and diverse business career spanning multiple senior roles including Non-Executive Director, CEO, MD, and department head, I bring a wealth of commercial experience and common sense to the table.
My career has taken me through start-ups, large corporations, venture capital and private equity-backed enterprises, privately-owned firms, employee-owned businesses, and not-for-profit organizations.
I’ve navigated the intricacies of Mergers and Acquisitions, building and realising value for stakeholders before, during, and after the sale and/or purchase process.
I have coached executives with all levels of experience, from seasoned leaders to newly appointed senior executives and first-time CEOs. I’ve worked with business founder/owners across a wide spectrum of industries, including publishing, PR, music, journalism, legal, distribution, agency, and B2B services.
I have particular insight and experience in the creative industries, enabling me to support leaders as they manage the divide between artistic innovation and business imperatives, and the related tensions between the 'creatives' and 'commercials' in their team.
My approach is collaborative and informal, and I’ll do my best to ensure we have fun on our shared journey – always with the aim of tangible results.
Beyond my paid coaching work, I’m proud and honoured to be a pro bono mentor for the Independent Publishers Guild. Here, I provide guidance and support to budding entrepreneurs and new department heads within the IPG community,.
