After 25 years in HR and hundreds of hours of one-to-one coaching, I understand the challenges you face, whether that's internal change, external market conditions or your desire to do more and be more.
I know your world never stands still. As a leader, I've set up the strategy, ran the restructure and change initiatives, sorted the systems and formed relationships with the stakeholders, only to do it all over again. I've changed sectors numerous times, experienced countless internal moves and moved across continents to work for household names and start-up divisions, as well as transitioning into self-employment. I've weathered recessions, digitalisation and all the storms that can make or break brands overnight.
The Journey to Executive Coaching
I learned something new every day, and I've had so much fun along the way. Yet my fondest memory is finishing my first session as a coach and thinking 'this is what I want to do.' That moment of clarity - when passion meets purpose - is exactly what I help my clients discover for themselves.
Since then, I've spent hundreds of hours helping people become better leaders. That's not just about performance; it's about sustainable fulfilment and impact.
