About me
Executive Coach, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Mentor, Author

I work with Executives and Senior Leaders in all settings but specialise in public and not for profit sectors.

If you are facing any of the following challenges it's highly likely I can help.

- Not fitting in with the organisational culture

- Being a Neuro-Divergent Leader

- Poor relationships and conflict with colleagues

- Feeling fatigued, demotivated, stuck, lost and like you've had enough

- Isolated and with insufficient support or challenge

- Leading a crisis or high-stress work situation

- Wondering about your next move

- Considering an exit strategy

My ideal coaching clients are also often considering:

- How to be lead in alignment with their values

- How to be open and aware of their neuro-divergent strengths and challenges

- How to build effective strategies for managing conflict and forming collaborative relationships

- How to prevent and recover from burnout

- Independent perspectives for strategic decisions, problem solving and organisational change

- Career crossroads..."Should I stay or should I go?" decisions

My approach is known as Integrative. This means I blend all aspects of my training, experience and knowledge together to more effectively support those I work with.

My skills include:
- Executive Coaching and Mentoring
- Mediation
- Clinical Supervision
- Conflict Management
- Psychotherapy
- Strategic Thinking
- Leadership Development

ASPIRATION ~ REALITY ~ CURIOSITY

Life’s a bit rubbish without aspiration. We need something to aim for, to strive for. We need dreams. Aspiration helps us to think about what can be.

We need reality. Reality helps us to think about how we make our aspirations happen. Reality looks at what’s holding us back and what will move us forward.

We need curiosity. Curiosity helps us to explore. To be open about options and creative about solutions. Curiosity helps us to work out ‘how to get there from here’.

A coaching process with me will attend to all 3 aspects. That’s what creates deep and lasting change.

My values
I won’t use my valuable word count to give you a long list of qualifications and achievements. That tells you what I know.
My values are far more helpful. They show you who I am.
Humour
Autonomy
Understanding
The Right to Self-Determination
Freedom of Thought
Reciprocity

If my values resonate, that’s a good sign we might work well together.

What next?
I make it really easy. Book an Intro call and let’s have a chat about you.

I worked with Tracey over several months to help steer me through a point in my career and some difficult challenges I was facing at work. I found her approach warm and supportive but practical and solution focused. I really value the work we did together and would highly reccomend her.

Throughout several supervision sessions with Tracey for my coaching practice, I've found her to be supportive, thoughtful, encouraging and knowledgeable. I particularly like that she has experience of both the coaching and therapy worlds to inform her supervision. I greatly value the supervision sessions we have.

I have benefited a great deal from my supervision with Tracey. She provides me with the perfect mix of support, wisdom and challenge that I need as I navigate my work as a therapeutic coach. I always leave our supervision sessions feeling that I have gained in skills and knowledge as well as in confidence. Supervision with Tracey has helped me in all aspects of my coaching practice. From guidance on best practice and growing my business to how to work safely with challenging clients, Tracey has flexed skillfully to respond to whatever I bring to the session. The quality of my coaching has improved significantly since I began supervision with her and I'm grateful to have her as my supervisor.

I found Tracey after attending one of her courses on therapeutic coaching and I instinctively knew that Tracey's blend of vast therapeutic experience, coaching expertise and pragmatic approach, would offer rich and valuable supervision. That was over a year ago and we've been working together since. I get so much from my supervision sessions and would not be without them. I have a sounding board for some of my more complex coaching cases, a safe place to bring my feelings, reflections and reactions and an hour of exploring, learning and affirming. Some words to sum up Tracey are: non-judgemental, empathetic, gently challenging, reflective, kind and experienced. I'm very pleased our paths crossed, that we have great alignment and I have quality supervision to draw from as part of my continuing professional development.

Tracey provided coaching to me in 2021 while I was CEO of a small charity. She offered a flexible and open space where I could bring whatever I needed to speak about whether that was how I was feeling or practical, relational, or strategic matters. It was a challenging time as we were merging with another larger charity and I was managing this with virtually no support other than my sessions with Tracey as well as the day to day running of the agency. Tracey often provided a different way of looking at things as well as tools to help me, but was never prescriptive. I would recommend her as a coach and mentor. Laura Payne

Tracey is calm, attuned, and very perceptive. I chose to work with Tracey as my supervisor because of her dual qualification and background which in line with my way of working as a therapeutic coach and I felt confident in her approach and style after attending an online course she delivered. Tracey is professional, yet warm, and I always feel that her input as a supervisor is well-considered and appropriately challenging.
