About me
Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor - Nottingham
My focus in life is to help others find their own way of being authentic AND successful in their careers. Coming from the professional background of being a chartered accountant and auditor for 20 years it took me far too a long time to realise that both were possible!
Whether you struggle with feeling like you have no role models who work like you, have the often mentioned 'imposter syndrome', are trying to make space for neurodiversity or improved wellbeing at work, I can help you make sense of what you need.
My approach is to find the way that will best serve you as a coachee. Quickly building rapport I will bring challenge and support in equal measure and my own love of learning means I have many sources of information to draw on including my own study of inclusion, wellbeing and neurodiversity in coaching. If you love to read and research various topics I can point you in the right direction, if you simply want space to reflect and find your way without adding to your to do list – that works too!
My work as a coach supervisor brings a different dimension to my work, supporting those who are working with coaches and helping them best serve their own clients whilst also understanding their own needs and values. I know I have become a much better coach as a result of this work too.
I am based in Nottingham but work internationally coaching people from around the globe on a wide variety of topics and from a huge range of different business backgrounds. I have especially spent a lot of time working with people who work in technical or professional backgrounds. Much of my work has a focus on building careers that are successful (where success is defined by the individual not the corporate world). I 'love' to run (ask me when I'm finished and rewarding myself with a pint of tea) and volunteer with parkrun and spend time hanging out with my dogs, who remind me on a daily basis of the benefits of being authentic and present in the day to day.

I started working with Jenny when I was at a particularly low point at work. Her insightful and caring approach helped me think through who I had become, the factors that had contributed to this (both internal and external), and how to build back my best self. She has the perfect blend of psychological insight and simply being a caring human being. She was masterful in tapping into tools and theories that helped me make sense of my experiences and posed her challenges at the level I could respond to . Thanks to Jenny, I am back to being my resilient and energetic self. A.W.
