I am the ultimate ‘poacher turned gamekeeper’ having spent more than 25 years as a Board level Executive and senior leader in roles across public, private, charitable and member-owned organisations, including 12 years at Board level.

Throughout this time, I’ve had the benefit and privilege to work with five Executive Coaches all of whom left a lasting impression on me both professionally and personally. Their wisdom and guidance have been invaluable in helping me thrive in many challenging roles and at pivotal points in my career and my life in general – I now choose to do the same.

I partner with individuals and organisations to deliver people centred executive coaching and mentoring as well as Team Coaching where leaders learn, experiment and grow so that in turn organisations get solutions to the business problems they are trying to solve and colleagues, customers and partners feel the benefit.

I fundamentally believe that every individual, team & organisation has the potential to change things for themselves, for the people they lead and for the customers they serve.

So how do I work?

I offer a free 30-minute chemistry conversation where we can learn more about each other and both assess how we are likely to work together. At that point having established that we want to move forward we then contract for the type and number of sessions you would like to have. I am as happy coaching online as in person, outdoors or inside – that is down to you.

I am a qualified iLM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor and also hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. I am currently undertaking an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural change at Henley Business School.
