Kate O’Loughlin

I worked with Kate a few years back when I was working through some reflections on how my behaviours had impacted performance in a senior role. Kate was exceptionally insightful and, with the help of some tools that I bought into, helped enormously in identifying not only the behaviours but also the reasons underlying these and their impact on others that has allowed me to have much more successful relationships with the people I work for. I often think that the value of coaching is only recognised after a period of time and this is why I feel confident, looking back, that recommending Kate is a properly evaluated view.

I was about six months into setting up my own acupuncture business when I met Kate.
