About me

I work exclusively with successful people who are looking to unlock their next level of performance.

This might be related to an important career move or further raising your game or exploring who you are as a leader.

In short: transition, performance and leadership coaching.

I integrate psychology, coaching techniques and lengthy relational coaching experience, as well as my track record within blue-chip organisations, to your advantage.

People work with me when they want a combination of challenge, support and development.

In a competitive market I’m clear on what sets me apart. My track record and client base is testament, I believe, to the value I add. I aim to balance ethics with a results-focus.

I’m fascinated by external and internal interference, by what ‘gets in (y)our way’, and have a track record of spotting, defining and helping you to work past such phenomena.


I’m fortunate in being able to focus on what I am best at and enjoy most.

I take on a select number of assignments each year. This means that you are never crammed into a packed diary, have my full focus and, subject to events outside my control, I arrive into each session at my best.

I also aim to be carefree in life and to bring this tone into my coaching. I set out to be mindful, achieving this in various ways including annual retreats for self-exploration.

Most coachees work for corporate clients and I also work with private clients. I avoid “beauty parades” these days so don’t engage in processes where people are meeting numerous coaches. They waste everyone’s time.

I am an accredited supervisor, working with two or three executive coaches at a time.


I aim to operate in line with coaching standards and my values. I’m passionate about inclusion, a guiding principle for my work over many years.

This means that there is zero judgement in my coaching, that I advocate inclusive leadership and that I have worked with a broad spectrum of people.

For example, I have worked with nearly as many female coachees as male; the intersection of elements of my own identity makes me an empathetic/insightful coach when it comes to the challenges many women continue to face in business.

Tony is an excellent coach, by combining informality, with structure and robust challenge when needed, he developed an open space for us to explore my strengths, development areas and solve the leadership challenges I was facing.
