Tony is a qualified, experienced and talented executive coach & consultant. He has coached at all levels, including CEO/Managing Partner/Board, for the past 15+ years. He enjoys working with people 'on their way up' as well as current leaders - and generally works with high-performers looking to attain the next level of performance and success.

I work across sectors with diverse clients. Within this general practice I have a specialism in the professional services, consulting and legal sectors, where I spent much of my career, as well as the third sector. My business/HR career, leading to various HR Leader/Director positions, means that I bring deep commercial awareness and understanding to the table. Having been 'in the boardroom' myself I understand the dynamics at play.

Tony is an excellent coach, by combining informality, with structure and robust challenge when needed, he developed an open space for us to explore my strengths, development areas and solve the leadership challenges I was facing.
